I think opening a Redneck Gourmet location would be great in this area. Ate at one in downtown Newnan, GA. Something original, tasty and local, that isn't another chain!

Their menu doesn't look bad. I'd also be happy with some good Southern cooking - fried chicken, country fried steak, gravy and biscuits, fried okra, butterbeans, corn on the cob. I have simple tastes.

I think a Trader Joe's would be fantastic!

What about a Folks to go restaurant. That would fit well in that amount of space.
