The store is located at 6152 Covington Highway in Lithonia.

Walmart will open a Neighborhood Market in Lithonia on Wednesday, Nov. 13, after a brief ribbon-cutting ceremony at 7:30 a.m.

The new store, approximately one-third the size of a Walmart Supercenter, has 95 employees and is located at 6152 Covington Highway. It will be open 24 hours every day of the week.

“We are very excited that Walmart has opened another grocery store to serve the Lithonia community,” said Lithonia Mayor Deborah Jackson. “We have found that Walmart has been a great partner and opening this new store will only expand our relationship.”
