Office Manager responsibilities - the coordination and execution of all administrative, business, accounting, payroll and data management functions related to day-to-day branch operations.  

These responsibilities include but are not limited to: accounts payable and receivable, office centralized purchasing and office inventory management, budget monitoring, payroll administration and personnel recordkeeping systems.

Skills required - excellent communication and human interaction skills, the ability to manage systems, multiple projects and daily deadlines; attention to detail; a high degree of confidentiality. 

Pay range: $32,000- $37,000

2. Wellness Director, Wade Walker YMCA, Stone Mountain 

A few details:

Education/experience - College degree relating to exercise science or behavioral sciences is preferred; candidate must have a three-year working knowledge of wellness programming, group exercise, active older adult, and youth programming. A minimum of two years of supervision is required.

Pay range: $32,000 – $38,000

3. Safety coordinator, permanent full-time, Lithonia

A few details:

Education and experience - Bachelor of Science in Safety Management and/or a minimum of 2 years; Safety Leadership experience in manufacturing preferred; a solid and in-depth understanding of OSHA regulations and requirements. Proficiency in personal computing (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and data base functions.
