Goodwill Opening New Stone Mountain Store

Goodwill of North Georgia is recruiting about 40 workers to fill open positions at its new store in Stone Mountain, scheduled to open Jan. 30.

The company needs to hire both floor and production associates. Those interested in a position should apply in person during the hiring event December 18 – 20 at the Lions of Judah Event Center, 6202 Memorial Drive, Stone Mountain.

“Our mission is to put people to work. We do this through a variety of job training programs and employment services. We use the sale of donated goods to fund those activities," said Public Relations Director Elaine Armstrong.

"As an organization whose mission is focused on employment, we know first-hand the importance of adding jobs in communities where they previously did not exist," she added.
