'Backstreet Boy' Tells WSB His Wife's $110,000 Ring Was Stolen from Hotel

Brian Littrell and his wife stayed at Evergreen Marriott Resort in Stone Mountain Park over the weekend; Littrell told WSB some of the jewelry has been found, but not the ring.

WSB-TV (Channel 2) is reporting that Backstreet Boys member Brian Littrell claims his wife's $110,000 engagement ring was stolen off a hotel nightstand at 's Evergreen Marriott Resort this past weekend.

According to the news outlet, Littrell said after his family had checked out and were on their way out of the park when his wife realized she didn't have her jewelry.

WSB-TV said the Littrells went back to Evergreen, but they said $120,000 worth of jewelry was gone.

"It was just kind of weird how it happened and how fast," Brian Littrell told WSB.

The Littrells called security and spoke to investigators, according to WSB, which also said its news crew saw Park police and a GBI agent at the hotel.

Littrell told WSB that some of the jewelry, though not the engagement ring, was found. Littrell said a person in housekeeping had one ring and one of the earrings.
