International Games Day @ the Library
When: Saturday, Nov. 3, 1-3 p.m.

Why go: Games, games, and more games (including Wii) for ages 5 and over.
Indian Festival and Pow Wow
When: Through Sunday, Nov. 4. Times are Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.; Saturday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m.- 5 p.m.

Where: Historic Antebellum Plantation at Stone Mountain Park
Why go: It's a cultural and educational annual event that's beautiful to witness. See ticket and pricing information about Stone Mountain Park. There is a $10 vehicle entry fee.
Arabia Mountain Heritage Area Alliance and Our Community
When: Saturday, Nov. 3, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
Where: Stonecrest Library, 123 Klondike Road , Lithonia, GA, 30038, United States
Why go: Funded by the American Library Association and the Fetzer Institute, this event explores the area's vast history including the forming of Arabia Mountain.
Taste of Arabia
When: November 3, 3-6 p.m. in the commons area; 3-7 p.m. silent auction in lower gymnasium
Where: Arabia Mountain High School, 6610 Browns Mill Rd., Lithonia
Why go: Have a 'taste' of yummy eats from a variety eateries. Tickets are $10.
Bagpiper at Sundown
When: Saturday, Nov. 3, sundown
Where: Stone Mountain Village Gazebo, next to the train depot, center of town
Why go: Come for the free performance of this new tradition in the City of Stone Mountain on Saturday "and remember someone who 'shall not be forgotten' or just pause for a little quiet reflection to the beautiful and haunting sounds of a lone bag-piper," organizers say. The piper will play for 30 minutes and end his performance with "Amazing Grace".
Want to commemorate someone specific? Give a donation of $25 or more, and you can. The person's name will be announced by the piper before the performance.
