Lane Manor Senior Housing Not Full, Accepting Applications
You must meet certain qualifications for the HUD 202 community in Stone Mountain.

Lane Manor is a HUD 202 community – meaning that it is for adults 62 years of age or older who meet annual income limitations set by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) – for Stone Mountain that is $24,300 for 1 person or $27,750 for two people. Residents will pay approximately 30% of their monthly income as rent, with HUD subsidizing the remaining amount.
There is a dedication scheduled at Lane Manor on May 22, 11 a.m.
