2. Snow Mountain won't open today after all: Georgia weather isn't cooperating with chilly-weather attraction plans. says that "due to unseasonable weather conditions," its Snow Mountain won't open today  (or tomorrow, Thanksgiving) but if you purchased tickets for these dates, you'll get an e-mail detailing how to re-book your session to a new date, the park says. Tickets are still available Nov. 25-27, and special combo pricing is available for Snow Mountain and the Stone Mountain Park Christmas celebration.

3. Library's holiday hours and closings: All DeKalb County public libraries close at 5 pm. today -- so drop off those books and CDs in the bin before then. They'll be closed on Thanksgiving and Friday, Nov. 25.
