Yup, it's Friday, the 13th: Even if you're not superstitious, a little caution never hurt anyone. Right?

The weather: The high will be about 85 degrees, and there's a 30 percent chance of thunderstorms.

Book sale:  The Sue Kellogg library branch book sale is today from  9 a.m. t0 6 p.m. and continues on Saturday at the same time. 

Don't forgot the festival! The Second Saturday in May Festival in downtown Stone Mountain is tomorrow, from 10 a.m. There will be bluegrass music everywhere, a classic-car show, a pottery show, a Kids Zone, a street dance and fireworks at dusk.
