2. Teen Lounge: Looking for a safe place for your teens to hang out today? What's safer than a library these days? The Covington library, at 3500 Covington Highway in Decatur, will have a "Teen lounge" from 3-5 p.m. where kids ages 13-17 can talk with friends, get on the Internet, chow down on snacks, play some games, listen to music -- even work on projects and homework.
