At the Library: Job-Seeking Help at Redan-Trotti

If you're on the hunt for work -- whether seasonal or long-term -- but you either lack the technology to do so efficiently or a quiet spot to get things done with minimal interruptions, Redan-Trotti library can help this week:

Redan-Trotti:

•    Thursday, June 2, 2011, 2-4 pm: Open Lab for Job Seekers. The library's computer lab is the place to be on this date for job seekers who needed expanded time to complete online applications, go over tutorials, and fill out their resumes. Library staff will be available to answer basic questions. The event is first-come, first-served.

Memorial Day closing: All DeKalb County public libraries will be closed Monday, May 30 in observance of Memorial Day.

Normal hours of operation: The three libraries serving Stone Mountain -- Stone Mountain-Sue Kellogg, Redan-Trotti, and Hairston Crossing -- are all closed on Sundays; open from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, and from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday.
