AARF Pet of the Week: James Joyce

Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends Inc. is a good place to start looking for a new furry best friend.

Who wouldn't want to invite James Joyce into their homes?

Obviously, we're not talking about the revered (and long-deceased) writer. This James Joyce is a dog, and there's something he's been waiting for: a family to love him and take him in, forever.

"James Joyce is one great dog!" Susan Leisure of Atlanta Animal Rescue Friends said. "This boy has waited a long time for a forever home, and he doesn't know why. He is a huge love, and his favorite thing in the world is to snuggle on the couch. He gets along with other dogs and cats, and even enjoys doggy daycare at WAG-A-LOT!"

"James Joyce is a 2 year old brown and white pit bull mix and is a big
guy at about 70 pounds. He is neutered and has all of his
vaccinations. He has attended a basic obedience class, and since he's
so smart, he would excel at advanced training and agility classes.
James is ready to meet his new family. Is your family ready for James?"
