Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road Residents' Water Restored

Water is back on for scores of local residents after a car struck a fire hydrant over the weekend on Stone Mountain-Lithonia Road.

The accident caused thousands of gallons of water to spew from the hydrant, and county workers had trouble turning it off due to the antiquated system.
