Thirsty Thursday: Minted Honey Lime Mojito

The following recipe is from Nature Nate's Raw and Unfiltered Honey:
Minted Honey Lime Mojito
1½ cups Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey simple syrup (see below)
1½ cups freshly squeezed lime juice
1½ cups club soda
10 mint leaves
4 limes, quartered
Crushed ice
Simple Syrup
1 cup warm water
1 cup honey
In a serving pitcher combine Nature Nate’s Raw and Unfiltered Honey simple syrup, lime juice, club soda, limes and mint. Serve with crushed ice.

Keep it raw by whisking honey in warm water to dissolve.
Honey simple syrup can be kept in a plastic squeeze bottle and used to sweeten coffee, tea or any other liquid where sweetener is needed.
