Report: Local Man Killed in Rockdale Car Crash
The Rockdale Citizen reports that the single vehicle accident happened on Christmas Eve on Old Covington Highway.
According to the Rockdale Citizen, a man from Stone Mountain, Virgil Thomas, man was killed on Christmas Eve in a single-vehicle crash after leaving a family get-together.
The accident happened on Old Covington Highway in Rockdale County.
Thomas, 47, hit at least three mailboxes after leaving the road and was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the Rockdale Citizen reports.
