  • Duties include candymaking demonstrations in the park's Candy Shop;
  • Producing fudge, peanut britt;e, candy and caramel apples, and chocolate dipped items
  • Keep work area clean/sanitized at all times
  • Use the cash register for guest payments
  • Previous baking/cooking and customer service experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18, be able to work a flexibile working schedule

2. Farmyard, , full-time, year-round

A few details:

  • Manage and oversee daily husbandry and training of animal collection. 
  • Train, supervise, and schedule Farmyard staff.
  • Maintain 1800s-era farm theme throughout the attraction in choice of animal breeds, costume, interpretation, and presentation. 
  • College degree and/or significant course work in biology, zoology, education, or a related field preferred
  • Extensive animal training experience and knowledge of operant conditioning required
  • Background in public interpretation, education, and/or customer service/visitor satisfaction required
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

3. Editor in Chief, Stone Mountain, permanent full-time

Salary: $67,891/year

  • Bachelor Degree in journalism, plus five years' editor or publisher experience
  • 60 months' experience
  • 16 years education
  • Establish the editorial strategy for the school's publication materials including books, brochures, manuals, and training packages in print and on electronic media;
  • Oversee the design, editing, and maintaining of school website, including website contents, format, layout, new pages, etc.

4. Senior collection agent, permanent part-time, Stone Mountain

Salary: $10/hour

A few details:

  • A minimum of two years of experience working in a collection environment.
  • Certified collector who understands and abides by the FDCPA
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some Saturday mornings.
  • Third-party collection experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Spanish fluency a plus

5. Medication technician, regular full-time (first, second and third shifts), Emeritus Senior Living, Stone Mountain

Salary: N/A

A few details:

  • Successfully complete training as required by Emeritus in accordance with state regulations
  • Ability to read, write and speak English.
  • Must have the ability to remain calm under stressful conditions.
  • Licensed/Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Successful completion of 75 hours of the Home Health Aide Training Program (HHATP)
