2. Proposed Walmart for Memorial Drive-North Hairston Road goes before the DeKalb County Board of Commissioners Tuesday, Feb. 14. The meeting begins at 9 a.m.

3. DeKalb CEO Burrell Ellis continues his town hall meetings with a visit to St. Timothy United Methodist Church, 5365 Memorial Dr., on Thursday, Feb. 16, from 7-8:30 p.m.
